Located at 1906 Skyline Blvd., the 77,000-square-foot facility is across the street from a Circle K/Shell gas station and just south of Patriot Elementary School.
Shahid Imran and Sam Martin have developed about 10 other assisted living facilities, most of them in their home state of Michigan. They purchased the land for $700,000 in May 2018.
